2018 May Bike Month - National Ride of Silence on May 16
Nationwide event to honor fallen cyclists. Riders will sign in and proceed in a two-up format in silence at a 12 mph procession pace to honor fallen cyclists. We will ride via Wilmer Ave , Kellogg Ave and Riverside Drive to Sawyer Point, where there will be a presentation of a ghost bike to honor Allen Williams who was killed in a hit and run in Hebron last August. We will also honor Bob Ziesloft, whom many of us have known for years who was killed at a cycling event in Georgia.
There will be a poem read and Ohio Bike Lawyer - Steve Magas will have a presentation.
